Not Included: Final cleaning - €200 payable at check in, electricity over 300KW -€0.60 per unit, heating - metered €3.50 per cubic metre, maid - €15 per hour

Late Arrival Charge:
Arrivals after 7pm must be agreed in advance and an extra charge of €50 is applicable. Arrivals on a Sundays and/or public holidays - €50. Arrivals after 10pm can't be guaranteed.

Local Tourist Tax: €0.50 per person (over 14 years old) for the first 7 nights, payable in cash on arrival

Security Deposit: €750 payable on arrival and returned on departure
