Villa Rosellina is a fabulous deluxe villa set in 50 acres of private woodland. It has chic interiors and relaxing outdoor areas and lovely "al fresco " dining. Located in southern Tuscany with its UNESCO protected scenery and picture postcard landscapes. The villa sleeps up to 12 - 14 guests in 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. 

Villa Rosellina is a perfect base for exploring the beautiful villages and towns in southern Tuscany and set in some of the most beautiful scenery in Tuscany. There is a luxury spa in San Casciano dei Bagni (5 mins) and Cetona, a pretty little town, is 15 km.

Rental: Weekly, Sat - Sat, 3 nt min is possible on request

Prices include: Electricity, air con/heating, jacuzzi  heating in Winter, logs in Winter, water, kitchen gas, linen and towels/pool towels (changed  midweek), cleaning Mon/Wed/Fri (4 hrs), Wi Fi, final cleaning.

Not included: Pool heating - €300 per day (7 days for the price of 6 if pre booked and pre paid) - payable with rental balance doesn't include preheating 1 day prior to arrival unless requested otherwise,  food + drinks,  extra cleaning €100 per day (3 hrs, not available Sun) personal laundry, extra change of linen & towels,  grocery shopping, cook service (prices on request)

House Account: €1,000 payable on arrival in cash if extra services are booked eg: extra maid services, cook service and / or pool heating, villa heating etc. This is in addition to the security deposit below.

Early check out / late check: Early check out and / or late arrivals must be agreed in advance (at least  2 days in advance). Charges apply: check in after 6.30pm but no later than 8pm - €25 euros per hr or part of, Early check out - €25 euros per hr or part of. Payable in cash on arrival or before departure.

Local Tourist Tax: €1 per night (max 15) per person over 14 yrs, payable in cash on arrival

Security Deposit: €2,000 payable with the balance of the rental, which is held and returned to you within 7 days of departure

Villa Rosellina is perfect for a group of friends or family group, it has recently been restored and furnished with great attention to detail. It has panoramic views over the valley and is set in 50 acres of private woodland.

  • Beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with fireplace and archway to dining room with French doors leading to covered loggia

  • Full bathroom (tub with wall-mounted shower and curtain) can be both private to the bedroom and serve as a guest bathroom.
  • Large master bedroom (king) with elegant four-poster bed and views over the garden with door opening to the pool. Beautifully finished en suite bath (tub with hand – held shower, shower stall)
  • Living room occupies entire end of house, opening to the pool through double doors. Sat TV, CD, DVD player. Large fireplace. An alcove includes a large antique desk and fax.
  • Twin bedroom with iron frame beds.

Villa Rosellina has a beautifully maintained garden with a number of areas to relax and enjoy the fabulous countryside. The garden is planted with roses, jasmine, lavendar and olive trees. Breathe in the lovely scents around the garden in season.The private pool (14 x 5.5mts) sits adajacent to the villa and has comfortable loungers and "al fresco" dining under a covered pergola. In total there are 3 different patio areas, which are furnished for dining / relaxing outdoors.
