Villa Nuova is a renovated villa close to the centre of Forte dei Marmi.
It is handy for the town centre (250 – 300 mts) and within easy reach of long sandy beaches (600mts). Forte dei Marmi is a VIP destination and has many chic beach clubs, lively nightlife and designer Boutique shopping.
Villa Nuova is a perfect base, if you want to relax and enjoy the beach and the Tuscan coast. Explore places such as Pisa, Lucca and Viareggio.

VILLA DESCRIPTION
SLEEPS 6
This pretty villa is located in the centre of Forte dei Marmi and is perfect for a small family group. There are a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is an outdoor patio for dining “al fresco” and it is a stone’s throw from the town centre with its enticing designer Boutiques, bars and restaurants. Rub shoulders with the international jet set over your morning cappuccino!
GROUND FLOOR
In the ground floor there is a living room / dining room with a well equipped kitchenette equipped with a 4 ring gas hob, fridge, oven, microwave and a dishwasher. The living room / dining room has air conditioning. There is a glass door to the patio where there is a table and chairs for outdoor dining.
Also on the ground floor are 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom.
One is a double bedroom (can be made a twin) with a bathroom with shower and access to the patio. The other is a twin (can be made a double) with a bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.
FIRST FLOOR
On the first floor there is a pretty bedroom that can be a single or a bedroom with bunk beds. There is an en suite bathroom with shower and the bedroom has air conditioning. This bedroom has access to a 10 square metre balcony with views towards the mountains.
OUTDOORS
There is a patio off the kitchen with outdoor dining. There is a 10 square metres balcony off the first floor bedroom with views towards the mountains.
