Villa Clarissa is a pretty villa on two floors located in an exclusive residential area just outside of Lucca (4kms) The villa is part of a private estate that includes a larger villa close by and the owner lives nearby. Villa Clarissa has its own private garden and pool.
Villa Clarissa is a perfect base, for exploring the enchanting city of Lucca (4kms) as well as Pisa (26kms). It is also within easy reach of Florence (92kms).

Prices include: Electricity, water, kitchen gas, maid service 2 hours per day x 3 days per week (includes Sat), linen and towels (changed weekly), WI FI internet, final cleaning.

Not included: Telephone & fax, heating in winter – metered. Extra linen change - €20 per room, extra maid service - €15 per hour. Chef service – Breakfast - €20,, lunch/dinner - €40 - €45 per person  (excluding wine)

Local Tourist Tax: €7.50 per person over 14 years, payable in cash on arrival

Security Deposit: €1,000 payable with balance and refunded to you after departure.


This is a spacious villa, which is perfect for a family group. The house has been restored using traditional materials and there are terracotta floors and beamed ceilings throughout. It has 6 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms and is set in a large garden with private pool.

On the ground floor there is a country style kitchen, a dining room with open fireplace and a pretty living room that opens onto the patio furnished for dining “al fresco” Also on the ground floor is a master twin bedroom and a double bedroom and a second twin bedroom. There are three bathrooms, two with showers (one is suitable for wheelchair access) and one with a bathtub.

Please note that as this villa is located on a private estate there is another villa close by. This villa doesn’t share the pool or garden area private to Villa Clarissa. The two villas do share the driveway in. Both villas can be rented together for large groups or special events. There is a private chapel within the estate that can be used for weddings.
