Villa Carlotta is an elegant 18th century villa on three floors located in an exclusive residential area just outside of Lucca (4kms) The villa is located on a private estate that includes a small private chapel. Villa Carlotta has its own private garden and pool. Villa Carlotta is full of original charm and has large reception rooms. The villa can be rented together with the adjacent villa for larger groups and/or events, which has an additional 6 bedrooms for up to 32 guests. The adjacent Villa Clarissa has its own pool.  Please note different inclusions/exclusions apply.
Villa Carlotta is a perfect base, for exploring the enchanting city of Lucca (4kms) as well as Pisa (26kms). It is also within easy reach of Florence (70kms).

Villa Prices include: For 2027 - Continental Breakfast x 6 days per week, (includes food, Wed day off), water, kitchen gas, maid service 4 hours per day x 5 days per week (Mon - Frid),  linen, towels & pool towels (changed weekly), WI FI, final cleaning.

Not included: Electricity - metered @ €0.50 per KW, phone, heating in winter – metered @ €1.80 per cubic mt (may be subject to change), extra linen change - €30 per room, extra maid service - €18 per hour/per maid. Chef service – on request, baby cot & high chair on request, villa pre stocking - €100 plus the cost of the groceries payable in cash on arrival, wedding/event fee - €1,000, hire of private chapel - €500 per week payable in cash on arrival, hire of function/yoga room - 100 per day or 500 per week payable in cash on arrival (yoga equipment not included)

Local Tourist Tax: €10.50 per person over 14 years old, payable in cash on arrival

Security Deposit: €2,000 payable with balance or in cash on arrival and refunded after departure

This is a spacious villa, which is perfect for a family group. The house has been renovated using traditional materials. It has 10 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms and is set in a large garden with private pool.

This villa is located on a private estate and there is another property,  Villa Clarissa close by. This villa doesn’t share the pool or garden area private to Villa Carlotta. However, the two villas do share the driveway in. Both villas can be rented together for large groups or special events. There is a private chapel within the estate that can be used for weddings.
