Villa Mimosa is a pretty stone cottage, situated in the countryside close to Cortona. It has chic, stylish interiors, a large garden and a private pool. The views from the garden are wonderful and it is a short drive into Cortona (3km), which is a lovely hilltown with pretty views and a wide variety of bars and restaurants. There is a local village with a supermarket, bar and pizzeria. Being in southern Tuscany it is also perfect for visiting Umbria, Lake Trasimeno (the only Lake in Tuscany) with its tiny islands and towns along the lake and there are many renowned wine towns such as Montepulciano and Montalcino all within easy reach, not to mention the spa towns of Chianciano Terme (42km) and San Casciano dei Bagni (60km). The renaissance city of Florence is also easily accessible by train from Camucia/Cortona.

Local Toursit Tax:  €8 per person over 12 years of age. Payable in cash on arrival.

Security Deposit: €500 (euros) payable in cash on arrival and refunded on departure.
