A historic villa that dates back to the 15th century and set in 100 acres of beautiful grounds and set amongst vineyards and olive groves that have a network of trails to enjoy. A superb, luxury villa set in the countryside 8 km south-east of Lucca and 40 minutes from the Tuscan coast and Forte dei Marmi. The villa has 7 bedrooms to sleep up to 14 guests and suits multiple family groups. The property has been restored externally and internally using the best of Tuscan craftsmanship and design. With its extensive gardens Villa Masssima is perfect for groups of friends or family reunions.  It has a lovely pool area and al fresco dining at the pool house.
The local village is close by at 2 km where there is a grocers, bar, ATM, bank and a chemist's and  Lucca is within easy reach at 8 km.

Villa Massima has an imposing facade that features a stone balcony overlooking the olive grove. The villa dates back to the 15th century and has superb luxury interiors to suit modern day guests. This superb luxury property is made up of a main Villa (750 sq mts) with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms ( 4 en‐suite ) and 1 guest bathroom. There is also an adjoining Tuscan farmhouse with a further 2 bedrooms and bathrooms for larger groups of up to 14 guests

Both the villa and farmhouse have kitchens and both open onto the courtyard, which has a furnished outdoor lounge area and a table and chairs to enjoy dining "al fresco". The farmhouse has 3 floors.

Villa Massima is set in 100 acres of private grounds.  There are pretty outdoor areas for both relaxing and dining outdoors, both adjacent to the villa and also at the pool. The elegant pool area and terrace sits up above the villa, just a short walk through the olive trees and enjoys panoramic views. There is a private pool (13 x 7 mts) and an outdoor Jacuzzi. At the pool there is a fully equipped summer kitchen and table and chairs as well as a massage pavilion. A vegetable patch provides fresh produce in season. There are manicured Italian gardens and paths through the private estate for long and relaxing walks
