Villa Luiano is a chic farmhouse located close to Florence. It has recently been restored by its architect owner creating a fabulous contemporary feel . The  villa is a perfect base for visiting Florence (20 mins), Siena (30 mins) and the area north of Siena including Monteriggioni and San Gimignano, which are all within easy reach.

Villa Luiano is a perfect location if you want a quiet, peaceful country location with a large garden and pool, which is within easy reach of local shops and close to Florence. The local village is close by at 2.8km, San Casciano is 6km and it is ideal for exploring Florence, which is within easy reach at 19km.

SLEEPS 6

Villa Luiano is a pretty farmhouse on two floors. It has been restored in a modern style and features original artwork and architect designed, bespoke furniture . It is bright and airy and is a spacious property for 6 guests. It is a great base for exploring San Casciano and the surrounding countryside famous for its wines, including the Antinori winery.

GROUND FLOOR

On the ground floor the entrance is from the side of the house up a small set of stairs. There is an open plan dining room/ living room with large open fireplace and chic modern interiors. Off the dining room is a kitchen with a gas hob, oven, large fridge, dishwasher and  sink. There is an adjacent laundry room with a washing machine. Also on the ground floor is a guest bathroom. There is also access out to the garden and outdoor dining area from the kitchen.

FIRST FLOOR

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 four poster doubles and one twin) and 2 bathrooms.

The villa is set in a large, well maintained garden with wonderful views over the surrounding vineyards and across the countryside. There are pergolas for dining and relaxing outdoors. The private pool (12 x 6mts) is located at a short distance from the villa and there are wide sweeping views all round. There are also gazeboes for shade located at the poolside. A pretty annexe houses the original wood oven and provides access back into the villa for easy access to the kitchen.
