Villa Elisa is a luxury, country villa (300m²) located close to the town of Camaiore, It has been beautifully renovated and is within easy reach of the seaside, which is just 15 min away. The villa can accommodate up to 6 + 2 people in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The villa has been recently renovated in keeping with Tuscan tradition, but with the most modern amenities such air conditioning and pool heating.
Villa Elisa is perfect for visiting the Tuscan coast, but is also within easy reach of Camaiore 2km, Lucca 20 km and Pisa is just 35 km.

Villa Elisa is a beautifully restored villa located just 2km from Camaiore, on the Versilian coast. This is a lovely 3 bedroom house suitable for a small family or group of friends. It has modern comforts such as air con and a heated pool.

SLEEPS 6+2

GROUND FLOOR

On the ground floor there is a living room with an open fireplace and a flat screen TV with SAT and Dolby surround system. There is a double glass door that opens onto the patio area outdoors.  The library is the second living area and is a haven full of books and is complete with a large collection of films and music DVDs, with a large flat screen TV with international channels and SKY TV. The main floor also has a guest bathroom.
There is a 30 sq mt professional kitchen with a large adjacent dining room to seat up to 12 people. There is also access from the kitchen to the patio outdoors.
A few steps down from the main floor is an office/relax room with an open fireplace.  There is a computer with high speed ADSL and a printer. Just off this area there is a fully equipped laundry room with a professional washing machine and a separate dryer, column freezer and ice-maker.

FIRST FLOOR

On the first floor there are 3 individually controlled air-conditioned bedrooms. Screens on all windows.

• The master bedroom is complete with a  king size bed, a very large walk-in wardrobe and a private en suite bathroom complete with a shower suitable to accommodate 2 people.
• The VIP bedroom with a Queen sized bed, This bedroom can also be adapted to accommodate a 3rd bed, making a triple room.

• This main floor also has a bathroom with tub and shower. It is also possible to add an extra bed in either of the rooms.
  

OUTDOORS

The property is completely fenced and surrounded by a beautiful 2,500 m² garden with an automatic irrigation system. There is outdoor table tennis, as well as two barbeques. The patio area is complete with a large umbrella and table for outdoor dining.
The access to the property is by means of electric gates
There is a private pool (13 x 7mt - heated on request) with a whirlpool area and saline filtering system together with a rigid cover, which is perfect for those hot summer days and nights.
