Villa Cristallo is one of the most historic villas in the area and is located right on the shores of Lake Como. The villa dates back to 1772 and it was completely refurbished in 2009. The villa retains its many elegant, original features, but provides modern comforts such as air conditioning,  lift / elevator, gym, yoga studio, WI FI internet and  private pool. The villa is elegantly furnished to suit the style of the house and includes many antique pieces and features frescoed ceilings and original, mosaic marble floors.

It is in a perfect location, within walking distance (10 mins) to both the town of Como and a train station. Shops, restaurants etc. are all close by.

Villa Cristallo is set in 3,000 sq metre of grounds with a lake front garden complete with a beautiful private pool.
Indoors air conditioning and an 8 person lift has been installed to provide all modern comforts. 

The villa is on 3 floors and is 1,200 sq mts..

The lakeside garden is approximately 600 sq meters (60 x10mts). There is a lovely private pool 13 x 4 mts. The rear gate opens onto the famous "Passeggiata Villa Olmo" on the water’s edge
Five steps lead down from the rear garden into the boathouse and to the lake. The entire garden is surrounded by stone walls and 10 ft high hedges for optimal privacy

Staff live in a cottage in the grounds, which is separate to the main villa.
