Villa Costanza is a beautiful farmhouse located in a small village in the hills above Camaiore. It has a unique panorama over the valley towards the sea.  Just recently renovated, it is surrounded by 8,000 square meters of private estate with olive trees and is a very private but convenient location, with the town of Camaiore  being just a 5 min drive away. The farmhouse dates back to 1800 and has been renovated using traditional features. There is a large swimming pool and a unique outdoor hot tub with an illuminated waterfall jet with fantastic nighttime light effects.

With stunning views over the Camaiore valley and towards the sea, on a clear day you can even see the island of Gorgona and also the mountains of Corsica. The house is 160 sq mts and can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms.  It is laid out on three levels and is fully air conditioned. Medium sized cars recommended

Security Deposit: €500 payable with balance and refunded after departure on owner's approval.

Two separate bedrooms:
1 small bedroom that can either be made a double or a twin with en suite bathroom. 
With a separate entrance - a 40 sq mt Junior suite with double bed and an en suite bathroom.


FIRST FLOOR (POOL LEVEL)

Fully equipped kitchen with a central table and original stone sink.
A large Tuscan fireplace framed by two armchairs – a cosy corner to enjoy a good book. 
A living/dining room with large glass windows to admire the breathtaking views.


SECOND FLOOR

Double bedroom with an antique be and a bathroom with shower
Twin bedroom and an en suite bathroom with a large shower.


OUTDOORS

The villa is set in almost 1 hectare of private olive groves. The patio and pool area are illuminated at night and they are a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine and local culinary specialties and drink in the panoramic views of this unique location. The patio has a traditional pizza oven for you to enjoy.

The last 500 metres before the house is a sloped road with bends, which is quite easy for medium size cars. We recommend big cars or minivans are used by expert drivers only.
