Villa Cosimo sits on the shores of Lake Como and dates back to 1900. It was completely restored in 2011. The villa is located on the western shore of Lake Como and has lovely lake views. It is in a village, so has shops, bars and restaurants on the door step. There are also ferries from the village to Bellagio, Varenna and Menaggio (5 km to ferry). The property is set in 10,000 sq mts of grounds and can accommodate up to 11 guests in the main villa and cottage.

The villa is 500 sq mts and on 3 levels + an attic and a separate guest house.

SLEEPS 9+2

Villa Cosimo is perfect for a large family or group of friends . It is located in a lakeside village with shops, bars and restaurants. The village has a ferry service making it an ideal base to visit other villages scattered round Lake Como.

GROUND FLOOR

• Main entrance, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, American coffee machine and toaster)

• Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower.

ATTIC

Stairs lead up to an attic level, where there is a queen sized futon bed that can accommodate two additional guests.

LOWER LEVEL

• Living room with large windows, billiard table and fire place.
• Bedroom 4:  Single bedroom with French bed and bathroom with shower.
• Play room/den with games area with table football.
• Laundry room.

GUEST HOUSE

OUTDOORS

There is a pergola, which is perfect for outdoor dining and a wonderful, fully funished patio facing the lake, which removable glass windows.. There are extensive grounds right up to the lake shore giving beautiful lake views.  The private pool (16 x 8 mts) is set in the lawn towards the shore.
