Villa Civico is a historic Tuscan Villa, located close to Montecatini Terme. Villa Civico is located in the Valdinievole, in the heart of Tuscany, on a hill overlooking the spa town of Montecatini. It was once the summer residence of a noble Tuscan family and dates back to the 1800’s. It’s an ideal point of departure to visit the main Tuscan cities of Florence, Siena and Pisa, the charming Versilian coast and the enchanting Pinocchio Park at Collodi. The villa is surrounded by wonderful grounds with a swimming pool and is set amongst olive groves, cultivated terraces and vineyards. The Villa has five double rooms with en suite bathrooms, which have been recently renovated and has a double sofa bed for extra guests.
The villa is within easy reach of Montecatini Terme 7km and also the main cities of Florence 62km, Pisa 48km and Lucca 32km

The first floor can either be reached from the ground floor stairs or from the external staircase next to the villa. There are 4 rooms:

Spacious, well-lit living room with a corner for relaxation and fireplace
Bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with a reading room where you can leaf through antique books of various genres.
There is also a sofa bed for extra guests

FIRST FLOOR

The first floor can either be reached from the ground floor stairs or from the external staircase next to the villa. There are 4 rooms:

• A kitchen/diner that overlooks the garden
• Spacious, well-lit living room with a corner for relaxation and fireplace
• Bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with a reading room where you can leaf through antique books of various genres.

SECOND FLOOR

On the second floor there are 4 spacious double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with showers.
All the rooms have stylish furnishings, which give them an original, bright, and welcoming feel. Each room overlooks the garden and has a different colour theme. Some rooms feature original frescoes that have been restored for guests to enjoy
All the bedrooms have air conditioning. There is a baby cot available on request.

OUTDOORS

The villa is surrounded by a well maintained garden, which has a panoramic views over the valley. The villa is set in large grounds amongst olive groves and vineyards and overlooks the valley. There is a private pool (15x5mt) on a terrace above the villa. The villa enjoys panoramic views.
