Villa Argento is a beautifully  restored villa located west of Florence in stunning countryside. The villa is set in a large garden and sleeps up to 12+1 guests in 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms ( 4 of which are en suite). The villa has lovely outdoor spaces for dining and relaxing and you can sit and admire the 360 degree views from the property. The villa is located within easy reach of a local village at 1.2km, which has a couple of restaurants, a bar and a grocer's and is 12km to Montaione.

Villa Argento is a perfect base for exploring central Tuscany and the local town of Montaione as well as being within easy reach of both Florence and Pisa.

Not included:  Heating - €600 x 12,  €250 x 6 part villa, €350 x 6+1 part villa - payable in cash only,  air conditioning - €300 per week x 12 (whole villa) & €150 per week x 6/6+1  (part villa) - payable in cash only

Local Tourist Tax: €1 per person over 14, per day for a max of 6 nights. Payable in cash on arrival.

Security Deposit: €2,000 euros - by pre authorised credit card  on arrival and refunded on departure.
