This is a fabulous villa providing a 5 star service for more discerning guests. There is a fully equipped professional kitchen and formal dining room for up to 14 guests. There is a bathroom on this level as well as a laundry room and service area. There is also a well stocked wine library with a range of top class Italian and Tuscan wines. There is direct access to an outdoor patio with seating and stairs to the garden level.

GROUND FLOOR

On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, large living room with open fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and an office with phone , fax, computer and internet connection. There is a further living room with satellite TV and a music system, a reading room provides time for relaxing. Also on the ground floor is a downstairs bathroom and an elevator that services all 4 floors of the villa.

There are two individually styled suites both with en suite bathrooms (bathtub and shower). Also in the first floor is a further two double bedrooms (King size) with en suite shower rooms and a further King size bedroom also with en suite shower room.

There are two suites (King size) both with en suite bathrooms (bathtub and shower). All bedrooms have individually controlled heating / air conditioning systems and a telephone. All bathrooms have hairdryers bathrobes and pool towels.

OUTDOORS

The Villa is set in very large grounds (6 hectares – 14.8 acres) with a private lake. Outdoor facilities include a 40 foot pool that has loungers and umbrellas around the pool. There is a private tennis court set in the well maintained garden at a short distance from the villa. There is a 80 sq mt pool house located adjacent to the pool and equipped with a gym, which has a treadmill, stationary bike, free weights, abdominal bench as well as sauna, bathrooms, changing rooms. There is also a bar complete with refrigerated cupboard, ice maker and coffee machine. There is a pretty pergola for outdoor dining  adjacent to the ground floor kitchen that seats up to 16 people and additional furnished areas for relaxing outdoors. All set in extensive grounds that provide a private haven from the outside world, whilst being within easy reach of the town centre.


PLANNING YOUR STAY
Villa Magica is an ideal base from which to discover the many delights of Tuscany. The medieval walled town of Lucca is a 10 minute drive away – the small city is very easy to get around and discover for yourself or guided tours can be arranged.


The Leaning Tower of Pisa (30 minutes away) has recently opened to the public. It is stunningly set in an open lawned piazza, which also houses the Cathedral, Baptistery and Campo Santo Cemetery. A 40 minute drive will take you to the little port and town of Lerici overlooked by a cliff top castle from where boats leave every hour to Portovenere and the World Heritage site of the Cinque Terre, five dramatically cliff clinging villages. Renaissance Florence is just an hour away, either by train or car. Reception can arrange guided visits as well as organise pre-booked tickets to the Uffizi or the Accademia.


Siena is an hour and a half away with possible stops on the way to San Gimignano and Monteriggioni , as is Chianti where you can arrange a wine-tasting at one of the many vineyards. For those interested in art and sculpture there are the impressive marble quarries of Carrara as well as the sculpture town of Pietrasanta. Forte dei Marmi is a lively beach stop with some great shopping as you join the masses in the early evening stroll through the town.
There are many wonderful restaurants to try in the area and reception can assist in pointing you in the right direction and making reservations.
