Villa Fratelli is a restored 16th century villa, located just outside Cortona and set in 100 hectares of private land, it is perfect for a large group of 16 guests. The views from the garden are wonderful and it is a short drive into Cortona, which is a lovely hill town with pretty views and a wide varierty of bars and restaurants.
Being in southern Tuscany it is also perfect for visiting Umbria, Lake Trasimeno (the only Lake in Tuscany) with its tiny islands and towns along the lake and there are many renowned wine towns such as Montepulciano and Montalcino all within easy reach, not to mention the spa towns of Chianciano Terme (41km) and San Casciano dei Bagni (72km). The renaissance city of Florence is also easily accessible by train.
