Villa Zafferano is a stylish, renovated farmhouse in Val d’Orcia. It is surrounded by 30 acres of private woodlands. The villa also has an orchard, veg patch and vineyards. Villa Zafferano sleeps 10 guests in 3 double and 2 twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The villa consists of a living room with fireplace, a dining room seating 10, a small but well equipped kitchen and a terrace and pergola with outdoor seating and dining area. Villa Zafferano has a private 12x6 pool, which can be heated on request.

Not included:  Additional concierge services, additional services paid directly to service suppliers - additional maid service, kitchen cleaning & washing up, personal laundry/ironing, extra linen changes, cook for breakfast, cook for other meals and assistant, pool heating - metered,  grocery shopping. Fee for events, parties, weddings agreed on a case by case basis.

Security deposit: €1,500 payable with balance payment, which is held and returned to you within 14 days of departure.



Villa Zafferano is set in one of the most picturesque areas of Italy – the Val d’Orcia. The area has been the setting for a number of Oscar winning films – The English Patient and Gladiator to name a few. There is a private driveway leading to this stylish renovated stone farmhouse. The 2 storey villa has original terracotta floors and chestnut beams. It has a living room with fireplace, dining room and well equipped kitchen. There are 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Outdoors Villa Zafferano has a veg patch, orchard and is surrounded by forests. Val d’Orcia is set in a perfect position for sightseeing, towns such as Pienza, Montalcino and Montepulciano are all within a short drive. Other famous towns such as Siena, Cortona and Arezzo are also close by for day trips.
