Villa White is located on a luxury golf resort. This fabulous, country villa has an amazing living area with fireplace and a large fully equipped kitchen. The villa has 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with shared bathroom. The villa is a warm and spacious property of understated beauty. Outside, the villa has a covered loggia  for al fresco dining with table and chairs that call for long dinners and plenty of chatter, deep into the balmy evenings. The villa has  a private pool

This is an area of Tuscany that opens up endless exploring possibilities: medieval hilltop towns, some of Europe’s most renowned vineyards and some of its most alluring sights and cities. Pisa, Florence and Siena are all under an hour away and within minutes is the charming village on the estate with its shops and restaurants.

The villa is more or less equidistant between Pisa (57km) and Florence (61km) making is very accessible to both. The local town of  Montaione is 11km and places of interest such as San Gimignano & Certaldo are 22km and Siena is 67km.

GOLF

Thanks to its temperate climate, Tuscany is an ideal destination for golf lovers, as it allows you to play throughout most of the year. The golf courses are set in beautiful countryside and also quite challenging, they are built accordingly to principles of sustainability and without the addition of superfluous artificial elements. With its 27 holes, divided into two courses, it invites expert players to rise to the challenge and is fun for practising amateurs. There is also a driving range with grass tees, covered areas for golf clinics and a Club House with a cafè and a beautiful panoramic terrace. The Mountain Course (Par 72, 6.351 meters, 18 holes), which was awarded  3rd prize at the prestigious “GOLF INC. Renovation of the Year Award 2011”, is a Championship Course, challenging and highly technical, suitable for beginners and advanced players alike. This course is the result of a re-designing project, undertaken by two expert architects, Rainer Preissmann and Wilfried Moroder, as well as the Lake Course (Par 37, 3.171 meters, 9 holes) which is suitable for all golfers.
