Villa Volpino is a lovely restored villa just outside a village (1km) and close to Lucca (8km). It sleeps 18 guests in 9 bedrooms most with en suite bathrooms. The villa is set in large grounds with two BBQ's and a number of shaded areas for outdoor dining. It has a large outdoor pool and has table football, ping pong and an outdoor gym. The villa has two large living rooms and two fully equipped kitchens. The villa can celebrate civil wedding ceremonies, so is also suitable for wedding groups.
Villa Volpino is an ideal location for exploring Tuscany, being close to Lucca and the coast and within easy reach of Florence. The local village is within walking distance a just 1km and there is a restaurant within easy reach

GROUND FLOOR

The ground floor of the villa has two lovely living rooms, which are tastefully furnished and decorated. There is a large dining room.  A media room with Internet connection, TV, DVD player and stereo systems. Two fully equipped kitchens (microwave, dishwasher, stove, all appliances),  open fireplace. Air con.

The first floor has 8 double bedrooms. 7 bathrooms (5 double/twin bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, 3 twins (2 of which share a bathroom) , sat TV and air con.

All the rooms have heating and air con which can be regulated individually in each room, mosquito net, sat TV  and a towel kit, embroidered with the villa logo, including a soft towelling robe, small and large towels, shower towels, swimming pool towels, and terry towel. There is a hairdryer in every bathroom as well as a toiletry set (olive oil hair, hand and body wash), toothbrush, toothpaste and shower cap.


OUTDOORS

The fenced, illuminated grounds of the villa offer several shaded terraces for dining or relaxing outdoors. There is a wooden table on a shaded terrace, which  can seat up to 20 people. Breakfast, lunch or aperitifs can be enjoyed under one of the two gazebos. The villa also has a large swimming pool set just below the villa.  There are two fully equipped bbq's.
The villa can celebrate civil wedding ceremonies, so is also a perfect choice for a wedding group.
There is additional accommodation in a villa close by that sleeps 22+5.
