21st-century modernity meets Old World charm in this beautifully restored country farmhouse. Set among cherry groves and rolling barley fields this meticulously renovated farmhouse boasts a remarkable view of the medieval town of Piedicolle. Formerly home to local farmers who worked the surrounding land, the villa now accommodates up to 8 + 2 guests and is a comfortable holiday villa.

The villa has 4 bedrooms – 3 with a Queen-plus bed and 1 with a king bed (or can be made a twine with 2 wide single beds). This is a perfect configuration for groups of friends because all bedrooms are of similar size, all have en suite, spacious bathrooms and all have private terraces.
Children are welcome, and the long shallow end of the pool was made with youngsters in mind.

Whether watching the sun set over the Tiber River Valley, sharing a meal in the rustic kitchen or relaxing by the fireplace after touring nearby hilltop towns, the ground floor is ideal for sharing time with family and friends. Local villages are within easy reach at 3km and 8km.

A peaceful sanctuary in the heart of Umbria, the villa features a large pool surrounded by gardens and overlooking the Tiber River Valley.

  • Outdoor fireplace for cool fall nights – and for outdoor grilling of bistecca and bruschetta
  • Expansive stone swimming pool 15 x 7mts with a maximum depth of 1.5 mt (5 ft) and an interior shelf of shallow water (10”); paved area for chairs and lounges; night lighting. Please note, the pool has a maximum depth of 1.5 meters--no diving.
  • Herb garden complete with sage, rosemary, bay and basil
  • Cherry, walnut and olive groves; fig and cypress trees; rosemary bushes; lovely gardens with rows of lavender and jasmine-covered columns throughout the landscape
