Villa Santo is a splendid stone villa located in the countryside near Montaione, a medieval village within easy reach of Florence. The property is accessed via a private, tree-lined avenue that leads to the entrance gate. The villa boasts a large, fenced private garden (1,000 sqm). Among the outdoor spaces you will also find a spacious loggia equipped with a built-in barbecue, tables and chairs for alfresco lunches and dinners. There is a beautiful swimming pool (8 x 15 mts), surrounded by greenery and equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a hydromassage area (depth 0.90 m).
Villa Santo is a central location to explore Tuscany.  It is equidistant to both Florence and Pisa. San Gimignano and Certaldo are within 20 mins and Siena is 50 mins.  For sports lovers there are several alternatives in the area, including a 27-hole golf course in the nearby town of Castelfalfi (23 km), a riding school in Certaldo (18 km) and a tennis club in San Miniato (22 km).

The villa (400 sqm) is laid out over 2 floors with wooden furnishings and a typical style of country houses. It can accommodate up to 16 people and has a total of 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.

GROUND FLOOR

The ground floor is made up of large open plan spaces that offer spacious areas to relax and dine together. The ground floor features large arched windows that open onto the garden.  The living room has an open fireplace and  beamed ceilings. The dining room has a table to seat 16 people and has access to the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and a coffee machine. Finally, there are 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower and a guest bathroom with laundry.
