Villa Santa Cristina is located in a panoramic position near the village of Castiglion Fiorentino. The villa was restored maintaining the exterior facade and the inside was converted into two independent apartments. The villa has a beautiful garden and 10x5 mt swimming pool.
Villa Santa Cristina is made up of two single apartments of 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms each.  It can rented as a villa with private swimming pool for a large family or group as it offers common spaces that can accommodate up to 10 people.

Apartment 1 is located on the ground floor and consists of a large living area with fireplace, television with DVD, telephone, WI FI, well-equipped kitchen with electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, dining area with table for 8/10 people. It has one double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with tub. A second double bedroom with a bathroom with tub and shower.  Laundry area, central heating and air conditioning. The apartment is accessed by a lovely porch where there is an old wood stove functioning also as a barbecue and a table in the garden for 8/10 people.

The apartment is accessed by a lovely loggia where you can have breakfast. There is also an outdoor table for 6/8 people and a large stone barbecue.
