Villa Royale is a stunning neo-gothic style villa situated in the famous Val d’Orcia, between Chiusi and Chianciano Terme. The villa is set in a private estate of almost 60 acres and features a private Italian garden with private pool and outdoor dining area.
Villa Royale is a luxurious aristocratic villa, furnished meticulously by its interior designer owner. Her inimitable style of interior design and personal touch are felt throughout the entire estate. The property is made of the main villa and adjacent cottage and has a total of 8 bedrooms and 8 luxury bathrooms. The villa has many romantic features and details, frescoed ground floor reception rooms and a beautiful Italian garden outdoors.
Villa Royale is an ideal base to explore the enchanting Val d'Orcia (UNESCO protected) and Southern Tuscany with its thermal spas and beautiful hill towns. Both Florence and Rome are only a 1.5 hr drive. The renowned wine towns of Montepulciano (18kms) and Montalcino (45km) are a short drive.

The ground floor of Villa Royale is made up of a beautiful entrance hall, living room with fireplace and library, an elegant dining room, a TV room with satellite TV, DVD and CD player, a second small living room with a writing desk and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the garden and a guest bathroom. An impressive marble staircase leads to the first floor.

COTTAGE

This quaint cottage located next to the villa, is a small and intimate two bedroom apartment. It is the ideal get-away for a couple or family seeking more privacy. There is twin bedroom with a private bathroom and walk-in shower inlaid in a white marble mosaic and a master bedroom with a private bathroom and walk-in shower, a wonderfully relaxing living room with a fireplace and a large eat-in kitchen with a private patio that faces the magnificent grounds for enjoying your meals alfresco in the shade of ancient pine trees.

OUTDOORS

Villa Royale is surrounded by extensive grounds (over 60 acres), which includes Italian gardens, olive groves and plants and trees typical of a prestigious Italian villa. There are beautiful centennial Cedars, Elms, Mediterranean Pines, Cypress, Box shrubs, Bay Laurel, Lemon and Pomegranate trees, all overlooking the extensive olive grove which produces an exquisite and exceptional olive oil - a real triumph of Nature.
There is a gorgeous gazebo that provides a covered dining area as well as several other lovely spots to relax around the garden and villa. There is also a fabulous private pool (11x5 mts) furnished with sun loungers and that enjoys wonderful panoramic views.
