Villa Rosa Antica is a beautiful 18th-century property, located just 10 mins from the walled city of Lucca in Tuscany. It sleeps 12 guests (+6 in adjacent dependance) and offers excellent facilities for a luxury getaway. The villa is set in over two hectares of grounds and has an outdoor swimming pool and indoor pool and spa, a private lake, tennis court and various outdoor living spaces where guests can enjoy al fresco dining or admire the panoramic views. 

Villa Rosa Antica has three separate buildings:

• The Main Villa  (sleeps 12) - A beautifully restored villa set out on four floors, elevator, 6 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a private spa with indoor pool, grounds and outdoor pool.
• Casa Contadino - (sleeps 6) - features three double bedrooms, a living room and a kitchenette/diningroom.
• The Forno - An airconditioned banqueting hall seating up to 20 guests with kitchen, pizza oven  and  grill.

MAIN VILLA -  SLEEPS 12 

Villa Rosa Antica sleeps 12 guests and is a beautifully restored property perfectly blending traditional features such as Tessieri tiles, Murano glass chandeliers and antique furniture with modern facilities, It is set out on 4 floors and has a beautiful Italian garden dominated by fountains, surrounded by boxwood hedges, roses , olive trees and paths with lavender. pergolas and the large swimming pool.

OUTDOORS

The villa is set in over two hectares of grounds and has a swimming pool (18x8m), a private lake, tennis court and various outdoor living spaces where guests can enjoy al fresco dining or admire the panoramic views. The villa also has several themed gardens including an Art Garden and a Wedding Garden, which features a beautiful, marble gazebo with a canopy of white wisteria, perfect for couples exchanging vows (civil ceremonies can be performed by the local mayor). There is also a range of produce grown on site including organic vegetables used by the villa chef, an olive grove used to produce extra-virgin olive oil and a lemon grove where the fruit is turned into delicious juices, dried fruits and naturally, limoncello.

CASA CONTADINO (ON REQUEST) - SLEEPS 6

For larger groups, there is a separate dependence "Casa Contadino", sleeping up to six additional guests. It is set out on two floors and features three double bedrooms, a living room and a kitchenette/diningroom.

NB: Casa Contadino is comfortable and well-appointed but is not of the same style/standard as the main villa so is best suited for teens or those travelling with staff
