Villa Prezzemolo is a stylish, renovated farmhouse in the Val d'Orcia area of Southern Tuscany. It sleeps 10 in 3 double and 2 twin rooms. It has a livingroom with fireplace, study/TV room (which can become a single room if required). Large diningroom seating up to 16. Outside shaded dining area also seating up to 16. Vegetable garden. Fully equipped kitchen (8 burner hob, 2 ovens, double sink, dishwasher, fridge with ice maker), washine machine, tumble dryer, ironing equipment. The upper level and annex have a number of bedrooms (see below for full details). The nearby heated pool has stunning views of the Val d'Orcia. The villa also has a hot tub, which can be heated if required. Villa Prezzemolo is an ideal property for a large family or group of friends who will appreciate the stylish interiors and beautiful location. Nearest towns are Sarteano and Montepulciano, which are approx 15 mins away.

Security deposit: €1,500 payable with balance payment, which is held and returned to you within 14 days of departure.



Villa Prezzemolo is set in one of the most picturesque areas of Italy – the Val d’Orcia. The area has been the setting for a number of Oscar winning films – The English Patient and Gladiator to name but two.

This stylish renovated stone farmhouse sleeps 10 in 3 double and 2 twin bedrooms (6 bathrooms) The villa consists of the main two storey villa and an adjoining annex. It has original terracotta floors and chestnut beams. It has a comfortable living room with fireplace, dining room seating up to 16 and well equipped kitchen with 8 burner stove, two ovens, double sink, dishwasher, fridge with ice maker, laundry room. Outdoors Villa Prezzemolo has a veg patch, and is surrounded by forests. Val d’Orcia is set in a perfect position for sightseeing, towns such as Pienza, Montalcino and Montepulciano are all within a short drive. Other famous towns such as Siena, Cortona and Arezzo are also close by for day trips.
