Villa Pozzo is a pretty, renovated barn, which is located in one of the most beautiful scenic areas around Cortona, overlooking the Val di Chiana valley.
Villa Pozzo sits in a peaceful, tranquil position, even though it is only a few minutes drive from Cortona The property is surrounded by a magnificent 5 hectare  olive grove, which enjoys spectacular views over the valley, Cortona and Lake Trasimeno. This is a great villa for a small family group. The barn has been restored using traditional materials and has its own private pool with panoramic views over Val d'Chiana. The location is very private whilst being close to the local town of Cortona (6km) where there are a variety of local shops, restaurants and bars.
Located in southern Tuscany, Villa Pozzo is also perfect for visiting Umbria as well as Lake Trasimeno with its tiny islands and pretty towns along the lake. There are also many renowned wine towns such as Montepulciano and Montalcino all within easy reach, not to mention the spa towns of Chianciano Terme and San Casciano dei Bagni. The renaissance city of Florence is also easily accessible by train.

This is a pretty villa for a small family group. The barn has been restored using quality materials and has beautiful modern bathrooms. It is a very practical villa for a small group as it is all on one level and opens onto the garden. The property enjoys wonderful panoramic views.  The property feels private, but is close to all amenities.

The Villa has recently been restored and offers all modern comforts including Sat TV and air con. The restoration of the property has been carried out with respect for Tuscan tradition and for the landscape. The Villa is equipped with every modern comfort and consists of a large living room with frescoed fireplace, sofa bed and kitchenette. The villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa is set in a large olive grove with fantastic panoramic views over the valley.
