Villa Pia is a fabulous, luxury villa (300 sq mt) set in 2 acres of olive groves, located in the hills above Camaiore and just a short drive to the beach at 8km.  The villa has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a private swimming pool. The villa enjoys wonderful panoramic views over the valley to the sea.  This spacious villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms for up to 8 guests and is laid out over three floors with amenities including air conditioning, WI FI in all rooms, flat screen satellite TV all set in a beautiful garden.  Each of the rooms has spectacular views of the valley and the sea .
The local town of Camaiore is just 1.5km away and has all amenities . It is also a perfect location for enjoying the local beach resorts and the nearest is at just 8km - Lido di Camaiore. There are many other well-known resorts to experience including VIP Forte dei Marmi, Marina di Pietrasanta and more. It is within easy reach of Pisa airport (40km) as well as cultural cities such as Lucca 35km and Florence 105km.

Villa Pia is 300 sq mts and laid out over 3 levels. This fabulous villa has been restored with great taste and attention to detail and offers luxury accommodation within easy reach of the Tuscan coast.

GROUND FLOOR 

On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.  One double, king size bedroom and two twin bedrooms that can be either king or twin.  The ground floor has access to the garden and the pool area.
