Villa Patrizia is an elegant Manor house dating back to the 1700’s. Set in 272 hectares private, country wine estate. It retains its original character and charm and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. The estate also has a beautiful Romanesque church dating back to 963 and a medieval Tower.
The Villa itself is set in large grounds (1 hectare) and has a private pool (6 x 12 mts) and tennis court for the exclusive use of villa guests. The property features centuries-old cypress trees, which line the entrance. The interior decoration is elegant and includes many, high quality antique pieces in character with this elegant, historic villa.
There are 2 local villages at 2km and 5km with local amenities and a larger town at a short drive. There are train stations at 2km and 5km with connections into Florence and Arezzo and beyond. There is a spa town within 30 mins with 2 natural spas and Siena is also within easy reach.

Not included: Heating - metered @ €4.50 per cubic metre (approx. €12 per hr), extra maid service €22 per hr, use of sofabed - €20 per person per night, baby cot & high chair - €20 per week, extra linen & towels - €22, breakfast - €15 per person, meals - on request, wedding/event fee - €50 per adult attending (includes assistance) without a planner or €40 with planner (Planner required over 33 guests), villa pre stocking - €22 per hr plus the cost of the groceries payable in cash on arrival (non cash payments for the groceries will incur +10%)
 
Local Tourist Tax: €6 per person from 12 yrs, payable in cash on arrival

Security Deposit:  €600 payable in cash on arrival, which is held and refunded on departure
