The family also own historic wine cellars at a 30 min drive. This elegant historic villa has 9 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms, making it perfect for a large group of family or friends. There are indoor spaces to gather and enjoy such as the billiard room and a lovely covered loggia to enjoy meals al fresco. The villa is with easy reach of the local town at 10km. It is in a perfect location to explore San Gimgnano (23km), Certaldo (22km) and an easy drive to Siena (67km). It is more or less equidistant to both Florence (66km) and Pisa (59km). If you are museumed out, then relax and enjoy a round of golf at the local luxury golf resort at 14km

The villa has two entrances. The main entrance leads to the sitting room and the library. There is also access to the main living areas, the billiard room and a double bedroom with a disabled friendly bathroom.
The second entrance is to the left of the main entrance and brings you into the kitchen, pantry and the spacious dining room as well as the hunting room with its monumental fireplace. The ground floor also has a guest bathroom as well as a laundry room.

At the pool area there are also 2 changing rooms and a bathroom with shower. There are wonderful views from the pool where you can enjoy a meal or a cocktail.
