Wandering over the little stone bridge and up the lane into the heart of this picturesque village makes you feel that time has stopped. Villa Padronale, an aristocratic villa, dominates the skyline as you look back. It is a beautiful and imposing building that sits just above the pretty village. It is steeped in history and once belonged to the Duke of Aosta and his family and the estate originally dates back as far as 1039. The village has a tiny piazza and a lovely church at its heart. A chic restaurant serving local specialties and a wellness Spa complete this characterful village. Today, the estate belongs to part of the “Salvatore Ferragamo” fashion family, who have painstakingly restored ths wonderful estate, which covers an extensive 700 hectares.

This exclusive estate has many facilities including a driving range, horse riding,  soccer field, tennis court, mountain bikes, wellness spa and  a chic village restaurant.

Villa Padronale is a perfect base, for exploring the local countryside with many small villages and towns. The historic town of Arezzo is within easy reach (20 mins) and Florence is just 50 min drive away or a short train journey (30 mins) from the nearest station. The villa is located on the edge of the village and is a stone's throw from reception, the restaurant and the Spa.

This historic, aristocratic villa sits in a majestic position, overlooking the picturesque medieval village just a stone's throw away. The villa is accessed via an elegant driveway and has a private entrance gate. The villa has been painstakingly restored to a high level and comes staffed to cater for your every need. In a picturesque setting, it is only a short drive to a local village.
The villa has 4 floors and each floor is serviced by a kitchen.

It's elegant style makes this villa a perfect backdrop for a wedding. There is a charming village church in the heart of the medieval village in the tiny piazza. Additional accommodation is available close by in village suites  & apartments. Other accommodation on the estate includes: 2 luxury villas and farmhouse apartments all within easy reach.  Wedding / event packages can be quoted for on request and include 50 bedrooms and / or up to 80+ bedrooms. For events, a min of 3 night stay is required
