A historic villa that dates back to the 17th and 18th century and set in 55 hectares of beautiful grounds and set amongst vineyards and olive groves that have a network of trails to enjoy. An elegant, family friendly villa set in the countryside 8 km south-east of Lucca and 40 minutes from the Tuscan coast and Forte dei Marmi. The villa has 6 bedrooms to sleep up to 12 guests and suits multiple family groups. This villa offers a great mix of modern comforts, whilst retaining many of its original features and style. Both the interiors and exteriors have been fully restored to the highest standards in 2012, combining the Tuscan charm with modern comforts. Good quality furniture, terracotta floors, white washed beamed ceilings, spacious bedrooms and modern bathrooms create a light, airy atmosphere. With its expansive gardens Villa Oscar is perfect for groups of friends or family reunions.  It has a lovely pool area and al fresco dining with large BBQ.
The local village is close by at 2 km where there is a grocers, bar, ATM, bank and a chemist's and  Lucca is within easy reach at 8 km.

Prices include: Welcome basket, electricity, water, gas, linen & towels (changed Wed + Sat), air con, morning maid service  - 2 maids x 3 hrs daily x 7 days per week,  daily delivery of fresh vegetables from the garden (in season - Spring/Summer), WI FI, daily garden & pool maintenance, English speaking concierge on call, final cleaning

Not included: Heating - metered, chef service on request, extra maid service - €25 per maid per hr, laundry & ironing - €25 per hr, extra linen & towel change - €30 per room, villa pre stocking - €75 per hr plus cost of groceries, pets (allowed on request) - €50 per day plus a security deposit of €500, a food deposit on arrival is required when booking cook/chef services

Security Deposit: €2,000 payable in cash on arrival, which is held and refunded within 7 days of departure

Villa Oscar is set in 55 hectares of grounds which have trails and beautiful vistas. The immediate villa garden is 3,000 sq mts and there is a private pool (12x6mts) located at a short distance from the villa. There are pretty garden spaces for both relaxing and dining outdoors. These include a characterful courtyard with outdoor dining and an outdoor lounge area for enjoying outdoors. An organic vegetable patch provides fresh produce in season.
