Villa Oasi is located in Chianti, between Siena and Florence. The villa has a private hilltop position, with panoramic views of the surrounding Tuscan countryside. It is set in 2 hectares of secluded gardens filled with vines, olives and cypress trees The heated, infinity pool is equipped with sun loungers and deck chairs and is surrounded by wide open lawns. The villa itself is set around a large central courtyard with barbeque area and original stone pizza oven and there are another three terraces with tables and chairs for al fresco living. One in particular is worth mentioning, leading from the large sitting room is a bar zone terrace with sofa, armchairs and candles which overlooks the cascading water of the infinity edged swimming pool.

The villa covers a 600 square metres area and has 7 bedrooms, all with en-suite travertine bathrooms and air conditioning, 2 sitting rooms, kitchen, dining room, games room, gym, laundry room and a stunning open plan galleried hallway, Villa Oasi retains a multitude of original features including exposed walls and beams, handmade floor tiles, 18th century antique furniture and an original dove tower. These features are complemented by stylish contemporary furniture and modern art.

Leading off from a magnificent galleried entrance hall is the impressive sitting room. This has an indoor bar area, perfect for relaxing after dinner, playing cards and listening to music or sipping drinks on the adjoining terrace and enjoying the sunset over the hills.

Overlooking the courtyard is a large, fully equipped Italian designer kitchen - cooker, two ovens, two dishwashers, wine fridge and an adjoining utility room with laundry facilities. The kitchen leads into a dining room with gorgeous panoramic views visible through floor to ceiling windows and glass doors that lead to an outside dining area. Please note that the ground floor bedroom suits people with movement limitations. The ground floor bedroom is on the same level as the dining room, kitchen, courtyard & dining room terrace.

Work out in the well equipped gym with treadmill and a rowing machine, or relax in a separate games room that houses a full sized pool table, table football and other recreational games perfect for all ages.

All 7 bedrooms are spacious, air conditioned and have luxurious en-suite facilities. In addition the courtyard bedroom has a private terrace. Up to 3 Infant beds are available upon request. All bathrooms have walk in showers and have Deluxe toiletries, slippers and Tote bags.
