Villa Nievole is situated on a hillside 300 mt above sea level. It looks down on the Valdinievole valley, towards Pisa and Livorno. The villa is ideally situated for visiting the famous spa town of Montecatini Terme. It is also within easy reach of the art cities of Florence, Lucca, Volterra, San Gimignano and Pisa and the beaches in nearby Versilia. The villa is set out on two floors and surrounded by hillside terraces. It sleeps 10 guests in five bedrooms. It is an ideal property for a large family or group of friends to explore Tuscany.

Villa Nievole is situated on a hillside, giving it stunning views over the Valdinievole valley towards Pisa and Livorno. The modern style villa is laid out on two floors with lodges and terraces. There is a beautiful, heated pool and terraces for outdoor dining.

There is also a gazebo for outdoor dining, which includes a kitchen with a hob/stove, sink, and gas grill.
