Villa Mulinello is an attractive, restored stone millhouse and annex set amidst the stunning Tuscan countryside on a 700 hectare estate owned by the Ferragamo fashion family. Sleeping 10 in 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. The villa also has an outdoor pool , garden and dining area.

This fabulous country estate has a gem of a village as its central point, which retains its original character and charm. Wandering over the little stone bridge and up the lane into the heart of this picturesque village makes you feel that time has stopped. It is a wonderful backdrop for photos. The large aristocratic villa dominates the skyline as you look back. It is a beautiful and imposing building that sits just above the pretty village. It is steeped in history and once belonged to the Duke of Aosta and his family and originally dates back as far as 1039. The village has a tiny piazza and a lovely church at its heart and the village houses span out from there. Today, the estate belongs to part of the “Salvatore Ferragamo” fashion family, who have painstakingly restored the Tuscan Estate and Spa, which covers an extensive 700 hectares.

This exclusive estate has many facilities including a driving range, horse riding,  soccer field, tennis court, mountain bikes, wellness spa and  a chic village restaurant.

Villa Mulinello is a perfect base, for exploring the local countryside with many small villages and towns. The historic town of Arezzo is within easy reach (20 mins) and Florence is just 50 min drive away or a short train journey (30 mins) from the nearest station. The villa is located on the estate and approx. 1.5km from reception and the estate village.

Not included: Extra linen changes, phone, baby cot/extra bed up to 12 yrs - free, extra bed for 13 yrs and over - €120 per nt

Security Deposit: Credit card details will be taken on arrival and held to the end of your stay. Any additional charges/services will be deducted at the end of your stay. Guests may also pay in cash if preferred.

The spa, where guests can relax and pamper themselves is part of the magical medieval village close by. The spa is purpose built and is very bright and airy with picture windows. It includes a wellness suite, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, lounge area, fitness room, café and an outdoor lap pool in summer. Various treatments are also available including therapeutic massages. There are pretty views over the village. There are many other facilities in and around the estate such as horse riding, archery, football pitch to mention just a few. Reception is also available for any help you may need during your stay.


RESTAURANT

Savour the fine estate wines and excellent food at the village restaurant, just a short drive from the villa. It has a Bistro as well as a gourmet restaurant and beautiful roof top terrace overlooking the picturesque medieval village so you can enjoy the chef's specialities.

There are a variety of artisan shops selling both local specialty cheese and handmade items around the village and a Boutique at the spa. These are located approx 1.5km from the villa.
