Villa Monti is an exquisitely, renovated farmhouse set right in the hills above the estate Golf Course. Its strategic position offers breath-taking views of the Umbrian countryside and its rolling hills. The road to the villa itself never fails to amaze, with views over the majestic estate Castle, which dates back to the XI century. The traditional appearance of Villa Monti, surrounded by century-old olive trees, gives way to the modern yet elegant interiors. The villa boasts a heated infinity pool with stunning views as far as the eye can see. With its expansive terraces and pergola, guests can enjoy leisurely breakfasts, lunches and sunset aperitives immersed in the quiet oasis only this side of Umbria can offer. The villa offers the perfect setting to enjoy a memorable family holiday or countryside escape with friends.
Villa Monti is a perfect location for exploring the rest of Umbria including Perugia 22km, Umbertide 18km, but also Lake Trasimeno (18 km), with its tiny islands is a wonderful day trip. Tuscany is just a short drive away, so you can easily drive over to Tuscany and explore its many wine producing areas and pretty towns and cities.

Prices include:  Welcome pack - please note - the villa is self-catering, but staff are glad to include an initial provision of bottled water, coffee powder, tea, sugar, cooking and table salt, olive oil and coffee capsules on arrival, water, kitchen gas, electricity, villa heating, WI FI, linen (changed weekly), towels (changed mid week), pool towels (changed weekly), starter sets of soap & shampoo in every bathroom on arrival, soap, paper towels, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid supplied , toilet paper, kitchen sponge and garbage bags will be provided by staff throughout your stay, maid service daily x 6 days per week (excludes Sun & public holidays), rubbish collection and disposal service with maid service, gardener & pool maintenance, concierge service during office hrs, final cleaning

Also: 1 x welcome service and key collection per group (multiple services for the same group aren't possible). Shuttle service to/from the Estate restaurant (available every day for dinner time - booking required)

Villa Monti is a superb luxury villa set in stunning scenery for a family group. The villa is a little jewel of privacy, comfort and elegance, with landscaped gardens and a heated infinity pool overlooking breathtaking countryside. Added to all of this, the attentive and discreet service of the  staff makes a stay here a truly wonderful and memorable experience.

Sports cars and low height cars are not suitable for the estate's gravel roads.
It is preferable to explore the estate on foot or by bike, if you wish to move around by car, ask the estate concierge to arrange a transfer within the estate.
