The Villa dates from the 18th century and has been completely restored with all modern comforts including wifi and aircon. The Villa has pretty, panoramic views and is surrounded by olive groves and cypress trees and has a 9x4m swimming pool (fenced and heated on request).

The Villa is situated within easy reach of numerous places of interest, including local thermal spas to local vineyards offering tastings to the beaches of Versilia to the  art cities of Florence, Pisa, Siena and Lucca. The villa is also within easy reach of local shops and amenities.

The villa has been tastefully restored with quality fixtures and fittings throughout. There is a spacious lounge area, with large windows, looking out over the valley, a large dining room (seating 10) and a kitchen with fireplace, which has access to the carpark and garden. The villa has a private (fenced) pool, which can be heated on request (open from April to October incl.) Wi-Fi inside and out, sat TV, pool table, ping pong, alarm system, washing machine and dryer.
