Villa Melissa is a beautifully restored villa in Val di Chiana that dates back to the 18th century and is built of Tuscan stone and brick. This superb villa has a spectacular open view over the valley. It is within easy reach of Cortona - a wonderful hill top town with festivals  throughout the summer. It is close to Lake Trasimeno (20km) with its tiny islands and the wine towns of Montepulciano (27km) and Montalcino (54km), where you can taste some excellent Tuscan wines. The renaissance cities of Siena and Florence are an easy day trip too. It is in a great central loaction for exploring both central and southern Tuscany, which has lots to offer together with some of the best scenery. Umbria is also within easy reach for day trips.

Villa Melissa is a superb luxury villa + annex set in a large, well maintained garden with wonderful views. The villa has 2 floors and it can accommodate up to 10+2 people in 5 double bedrooms with 5 ensuites bathrooms.
The property offers all modern comforts and has new modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, WI FI, air con, large private swimming pool and a well-kept garden. The interiors are elegant and tasteful and feature neutral colours such as white, grey, beige and light brown combined with natural materials such as Tuscan terracotta and parquet flooring.
The pool 10x5 m is located below the house with poolside loungers set in a spacious, well maintained garden.
