Villa Marcella is a beautiful, restored villa sleeping 14, set within a 20 acre estate in the heart of Chianti. There are another two private villas on the same estate, which are also available for rent, sleeping up to 37 guests in total. Villa Marcalla is a beautifully renovated Tuscan farmhouse situated in the heart of the Chianti area between Siena and Florence, less than a kilometre via a private path from Panzano. It is furnished in classic Tuscan style with touches of French and Italian antiques in light, neutral tones. It has wooden floors and exposed wooden beams. The villa has a romantic atmosphere mixing stunning traditional architecture with modern, luxury comforts. It is surrounded by private grounds and has a 8x6m heated, fenced infinity pool. There is also an open air kitchen complete with BBQ and table and chairs for dining al fresco.

SLEEPS 14

Villa Marcella is a beautifully restored farmhouse set out on four levels. From the turret of the top floor of the villa there are breath-taking views of the surrounding Tuscan countryside. The villa has seven double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a large living room, two sitting rooms, a dining room and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen.

LOWER FLOOR

The lower floor is reached by a small flight of stairs leading to the bright, panoramic indoor heated pool complete with a bar and sitting room. There is independent access from the garden.

SECOND FLOOR

You access the main entrance hall from the garden which leads to two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. On the same level there is the master bedroom with a large Jacuzzi bathtub and en suite bathroom. In addition, there is a large kitchen with a seven burner stove and double oven. French doors lead to a patio and outdoor dining area large enough to accommodate all guests.

THIRD FLOOR

Access to the third level is either from the garden or indoors via a staircase. There is a large, elegant living area which is divided into three large areas: 2 living areas are furnished with sofas and a fireplace, the third area has a sofa, a table and a small electric stove and fridge for a quick snack. All the living room areas face onto the garden and have views over the valley. The fifth and sixth bedrooms are on this level, each room has an en-suite bathroom with shower.

FOURTH FLOOR

The 4th floor is accessed from the entrance hall via a short staircase. There is a small living room and then upstairs in the turret there is the last double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. The turret has wonderful panoramic views over the Tuscan countryside.

OUTDOORS

The villa is surrounded by beautiful gardens. There are panoramic views over the surrounding Tuscan countryside, including vineyards and olive groves. There is a private, 8x6m heated, infinity pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. There is also a terrace and an outdoor kitchen, pizza oven and BBQ for al fresco dining. There is a ping pong table. The villa also has a helipad.
