Villa Irene is located in the rolling countryside close to the owner’s organic farm estate, which extends for over 300 hectares, in the beautiful rolling hills of Val d'Orcia, a wonderful area in Tuscany nestling between Siena, Montalcino, the Crete Senesi, Pienza and Montepulciano. Villa Irene is centrally located in some of Tuscany’s most impressive scenery and in an area protected by UNESCO for its beautiful scenery – Val d’Orcia.

It is a perfect location to explore the many renowned wine towns all within easy reach such as Montepulciano, Montalcino famous for its fine, rich red Brunello wines, and the beautiful gem of Pienza famous for its cheese.
This pretty villa enjoys complete privacy and is set in fabulous countryside with panoramic views. The villa is within easy reach of the lovely walled town of Buonconvento (6.9km)

Prices include: Linen & towels (changed weekly), maid service - 3 hrs x  2 days per week, garden & pool maintenance, WI FI 

Not included : Utilities (water, gas, electricity) - €100 per week. Final cleaning €100 per week, extra maid service - €50 per session

Local Tourist Tax: €2 per person over 14 years per night, payable in cash on arrival

Security Deposit: €250 payable in cash on arrival and refunded on departure.

Villa Irene has 2 beautiful double bedrooms with bathrooms, an elegant living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge and an outdoor patio with dining table, swimming pool (10 x 3mts) and private garden.

The property enjoys spectacular views over the Crete Senesi area and the towns of Montalcino, Pienza and Siena.
Ideal accommodation for 4 to 6 people.


OUTDOORS

The villa is set in a large garden with panoramic views. There are 2 covered areas outside the villa; one for al fresco diinig and the other for relaxing or reading.  The private, solar heated pool (10 x 3 mts) is at a short distance from the villa and enjoys fabulous views.
