Villa Geraldine is a luxury villa located close to the beach in the Tuscan seaside resort of Roccamare. This exclusive residential estate is just a short drive from the pretty town of Castiglione della Pescaia. The house is accessed by a private entrance gate at the beginning of the estate and then by quiet private roads within the estate. There are views along the beach to the town of Castiglione della Pescaia and to the peninsula of Argentario in the distance. In the other direction, there are views to Rochette castle and the island of Elba.
The villa is set in a large well-maintained garden (10 acre plot) and has a beautiful private pool. It is just a short walk to a long sandy  beach, which is private to residents on the estate. The beach has been awarded the prestigious European Blue Flag for several years, thanks to the clean, clear sea. The Villa is built in stone and is set amongst the pine trees, which gives it plenty of shade in summer. To the front there is a terrace full of geraniums and to the rear there is a large patio, partly covered and shaded by pine trees, which provides a lovely area for outdoor relaxing and dining. There is a private footpath (90m), which leads from the garden to the beach,  The villa has a changing hut with storage on the beach and a pergola to sit under and escape the heat of the midday sun. The local town of Castiglione della Pescaia with its pretty harbour and characterful old town and castle on the hill overlooking the sea is just 5km.

The villa sleeps up to 14 guests in 7 bedrooms and  7 bathrooms. There is  outdoor dining, a large garden and  outdoor pool for relaxing.

Villa Geraldine has been renovated in a modern style and can accommodate up to 14 guests. There are 7 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and 2 bedrooms suitable for staff. The entrance to the main level opens into a beautiful living room with fireplace and there is direct access to the patio. The dining room has large French windows leading onto the garden. The  kitchen is fully equipped and is also connected to the living area and has access to another outdoor dining area. The rooms are all very bright and the villa has air con throughout.  All ground floor bedrooms have French doors providing access to the patio and garden.
