Villa Garda is an architect designed property with panoramic views over Lake Garda. The property is made up of 2 villas each with a pool and Jacuzzi. The interiors are elegant and prettily furnished. Villa Garda is located on a gentle hillside on the western shore of Lake Garda, near a tiny village at approximately 300 metres above sea level. The property is also just a few kilometres from the local towns of Salò, Gardone Riviera and Riva del Garda. The property is set in a large estate, which has olive trees, which are over a thousand years old. There is a small local village at a few hundred mts and the local town with all amenities at 4km

This property is perfect for a large family or group of friends . It is located within easy reach of the local village and is made up of 2 villas with superb facilities and panoramic lake views.
VILLA 1
GROUND FLOOR
The living area consists of living room and dining room, with elegant, original Venetian floors and historical fireplaces. There is also a piano and a billiard room. From the living room and the kitchen you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Monte Baldo and the southern part of Lake Garda.

FIRST FLOOR
There are a total of 4 double bedrooms all recently renewed and retains original features from a well known Italian designer.
- 4 double bedrooms with TV and en suite bathrooms - 3 have showers and 1 with a bathtub and a shower
- 2 bedrooms have a balcony with lake views
- 2 bedrooms have a lateral lake view and overlook the jacuzzi area
OUTDOORS
The villa is set in well maintained garden. There is an outdoor heated Jacuzzi placed to get lovely views and a private heated pool. Outdoors, guests can eat “al fresco” around a table under the shade of the large umbrella.
VILLA 2
GROUND FLOOR
The living and dining areas of Villa 2 are in a pretty conservatory built of iron and glass facing Lake Garda. The conservatory has fabulous natural light and beautiful views. The living area has satellite TV and a DVD player. At the rear of the villa there is a spacious, well equipped kitchen with a large gas stove, espresso machine, wine fridge and dishwasher. There is also a fireplace for cosy evenings by the fire. There is also a bathroom on this floor.
BEDROOMS
The villa has three spacious master bedrooms all equipped with every comfort including flat screen TV and air con, furnished with style and with luxurious en suite private bathrooms
WELLNESS/SPA
A well equipped, private wellness/spa area with lake views completes the property. The large Jacuzzi and sauna are perfect places to relax and unwind and there is a relaxation area with pretty rattan chairs
OUTDOORS
Villa 2 has a large heated, salt water infinity pool and a separate Jacuzzi, complete the spacious garden, set between borders of lavender, aromatic plants and roses. There are wonderful panoramic views of Lake Garda from all around the grounds. Helicopter access to the property means the villa can be easily reached in just a few minutes from any of the local airports such as: Brescia Montichiari, Verona and Orio al Serio.
