Villa Colle is a fabulous villa located on the Tuscany/Lazio/Umbria border. The villa is set in a large garden and  sleeps up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.  Set in beautiful countryside, the villa enjoys beautiful panoramic views. The interior finishes are of the highest quality while maintaining a natural style; wooden beams and terracotta floors. The furniture has been made by master craftsmen giving  the interiors a warm, comfortable feel. The villa is surrounded by a large garden with private heated, infinity pool and also has an indoor spa.  It offers complete privacy for guests to fully enjoy all the peace and beauty the Tuscan countryside offers.
Villa Colle is a perfect base for exploring southern Tuscany with its pretty villages and towns and lovely countryside.

Not included:  Final cleaning - €200 in cash payable on arrival,  pool heating - €250 per week payable in cash on arrival (may be subject to change), villa heating - €70 - per day (may be subject to change), maid - €15 per hr/per maid, extra bed - €100 payable in cash on arrival (max 2), baby cot - €50 per stay payable in cash on arrival, pets - €50 per stay payable in cash on arrival,  adult bathrobe on request - €10 each, first grocery shop from €50 plus the cost of the food payable in cash on arrival. After hours check in and/or Sunday check in - at extra charge and only on request

Security Deposit:  €500 payable in cash on arrival and refunded on departure.

Villa Colle is perfect for a group of friends or family group. The villa has been furnished with top quality fixtures and fittings and has a light modern feel. The outdoor spaces are well maintained and provide well equipped areas to relax in and enjoy the private pool. The villa is located just 3km to the local village of Trevinano and pretty San Casciano dei Bagni is 9km, which has a superb luxury spa for a relaxing day out

There is a beautiful heated, infinity pool (11 x 5mts) and a large covered terrace for dining  outdoors and a stone BBQ area. The villa has several activities to keep guests and children amused, such as the piano indoors, ping pong, padel court and there is also an indoor SPA with a sauna, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath and shower. The villa enjoys fabulous far-reaching views from all around the property.
