The main villa has a reception area with double dining area (comfortably accommodates all 29 guests or up to 60 guests for parties).
Fireplace with built in seating, TV sitting area with sofas and easy chairs. The suites have a living/sitting room with full country kitchen

KITCHENS

The main villa has a well equipped kitchen with all modern appliances - 6 ringed gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher etc. The suites all have their own full country kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher.

OUTDOORS

The large, well maintained grounds (2,500 sq m) have stunning panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside. There is a shady loggia with cushioned wrought iron furniture, sunbeds, deckchairs and sun umbrellas for relaxing or outdoor dining. There are steps leading down to the pool area on one side and a flat lawn area on the other. There is also a large covered barbecue area. The infinity pool (8m x 15m) has a  jacuzzi corner. The pool is open 1 May – 1 Oct. During low season it may be opened at an extra cost. The pool, loggia and garden are all illuminated at night.
