Villa Carlo is a beautiful 16th C. stone villa sleeping 20 guests in 10 bedrooms, 9 full bathrooms. The property, consists of a main villa and adjacent converted hayloft. It was recently renovated and now features modern furnishings and amenities. The villa is close to the medieval hamlet of Montecarlo and the beautiful city of Lucca is also closeby. It is a perfect base for a group of family or friends to explore northern Tuscany. It is also within easy reach of both the Tuscan coast and Florence.

The rental of Villa Carlo includes the first and second floor of the main villa plus the connected barn. The villa has a large living room with Sat TV, a well-equipped kitchen and dining room, a pool table and a SPA centre (part indoors and part near the pool). There are a total of 10 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms between the main villa and barn. Villa Carlo is set in large, private, mature gardens with a beautiful 14x7 pool with loungers. While the home’s ancient roots date back centuries, it also has state-of-the-art technology such as an integrated sound system, aircon, Wi Fi and luxury SPA (indoors and near the pool) with an infrared sauna, steam bath, emotional chromotherapy shower and a relaxing area. There is also a pool table/billiard room and an elevator, which links each floor of the villa. It’s a short drive to both Lucca and Florence. Weddings and other kinds of events are possible (enquire for more info and fees).
