Villa Bernardo is made up of a villa and annex, situated in the countryside close to Lake Trasimeno and within easy reach Cortona. It has a garden and a private pool. Lake Trasimeno (the only Lake in Tuscany) has several tiny islands and towns along the lake which are excellent for exploring. Cortona is a lovely hill town with pretty views and a wide variety of bars and restaurants. Being in southern Tuscany the property is also perfect for visiting the many renowned wine towns such as Montepulciano and Montalcino all within easy reach, not to mention the spa towns including Chianciano Terme 53km. The renaissance city of Florence is also easily accessible by train.
