This is a stunning villa with amazing sea views located in Argentario. The villa is located in a gated residential estate providing privacy and security. The estate has its own beach club with a sea platform, swimming pool with seawater, a bar and a restaurant. The beach club is a 10 minute walk from the villa or a short trip on the free shuttle bus service. This property features outstanding views of the sea and the islands of Montecristo, Argentarola and Giglio that can be seen from various terraces and from the villa itself. The perfect position of the infinity pool gives the impression of swimming in the sea. The villa is set in a private garden with a private pool with breathtaking sea views

Included: Buffet breakfast service (groceries not included), water, electricity up to 300 KW per week, gas in summer, 4 hrs maid service per day x 6 days per week (9am - 1pm), linen (changed weekly), bathroom towels & pool towels changed mid week (Wed + Sat), daily pool & garden maintenance, shuttle bus service to beach club (July - Sept), final cleaning

Not Included: Electricity over 300 KW per week - €0.50 per KW, gas in autumn/winter metered - €1.80 per litre, grocery shopping & pre stocking - €30 per €100 spent plus cost of food
