Villa Alfreda is a beautiful luxury villa, within easy reach of Montecatini Terme. The villa is set in a fabulous panoramic position and enjoys beautiful views over the valley towards Montecatini, Lucca and Pistoia.
This spacious 6 bedroom villa is perfect for family holidays, special occasions or events. The villa has an elegant feel, but modern touches and outdoors there are various terraces, patios and perfect settings for dinners or events. The villa combines privacy and panoramic views with spacious accommodation. There are many wonderful areas both indoors and outdoors for relaxing and dining. A heated pool completes the property.

Villa Alfreda is a perfect location to explore the spa town of Montecatini Terme or the walled city of Lucca with its great shopping, bars and piazzas. Villa Alfreda is a 400 sq mt, six bedroom luxury Villa. The property is fenced and gated and features a driveway lined with maritime pines, welcoming guests into the parking area and adjacent fountains. The villa is laid out over on three floors.

KITCHEN

The 45 sq mt kitchen was completely restored in 2019 and is professionally equipped. It includes a vertical oven, microwave oven and double temperature professional fridge. The kitchen is well equipped with all items whether you love cooking yourself or have an in villa chef come in and cook for you. The kitchen is also suitable for cookery lessons too – why not enjoy learning to make your own pasta.
Professional dishwashing and storage are also available. The kitchen has direct access to the living and dining areas and also to the patio dining area for breakfasts, parties or family get togethers outdoors.

VERANDA

Veranda (150 sq mt)
Surrounded by olive groves and overlooking the pool and with panoramic views over the valley and towards the lovely medieval village of Montecatini Alto, this is often guest’s favourite place on the property. The Veranda is suitable for al fresco dinners or private receptions and has additional sofas and chairs for relaxing or for tasting evenings. It has both natural light and night lighting. There are also ceiling fans and heating units. The veranda has an audio system available for background music during private events.
The Veranda is connected to the kitchen and dining room, with a living and games area and has Al fresco dining outside. The Veranda is also linked to the pool by a beautifully impressive staircase.

The villa is set in extensive grounds and includes a formal Italian garden and fountains. There are various terraces and patios outdoors for relaxing and dining. The property enjoys a panoramic position and so has wonderful views over the valley. The villa is perfect for a special occasion or special event as there are multiple spaces both indoors and outdoors to host an event or special dinner including a 150 sq mt furnished veranda and multiple gazebos at the pool for outdoor dining. The heated private pool enjoys wonderful views.
