Villa Acqua is a pretty, newly built villa located on the Tuscany/Lazio/Umbria border. The villa is set in a large garden and it sleeps up to 9 guests in 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.  A country villa in Trevinano, a peaceful village perched between Lazio, Tuscany and Umbria, halfway between Rome and Florence. The view from the villa is spectacular. From the terrace you can enjoy the beautiful views of Monte Rufeno Nature Reserve and the rolling Tuscan hills. It is a newly constructed stone villa built using some of the traditional materials of Tuscan farmhouses. The interior finishes are of the highest quality while maintaining a natural style; wooden beams, terracotta and travertine floors. The furniture has been made by master craftsmen and makes the interior a warm and comfortable. The villa is surrounded by greenery and a large garden with olive trees. It offers complete privacy for guests to fully enjoy all the peace and beauty the Tuscan countryside offers.

Villa Acqua is a perfect base for exploring southern Tuscany such as stunning San Casciano dei Bagni with its superb luxury spa, Cetona with its pretty piazza, and there are spa villages and town within 50 / 57 km (Bagno Vignoni & Saturnia). Visit the amazing Civita Bagnoregia (45km) and step back in time. A stunning hilltop village perched on a sandstone rock. Walk the bridge across the valley taking you through the walled archway into this tiny gem of a village that makes you feel you have travelled back in time to centuries gone by.

Villa Acqua is perfect for a group of friends or family group. The villa has been furnished with top quality fixtures and fittings. and has a light modern feel. The outdoor spaces are well maintained and provide well equipped areas to relax in and enjoy the private pool. The villa is located just 2km to the local village of Trevinano and pretty San Casciano dei Bagni is 8km, which has a superb luxury spa for a relaxing day out.

OUTDOORS

The villa is set in a  large garden that has been professionally landscaped and has olive trees and Mediterranean  plants.   There are well equipped outdoor areas for relaxing and dining outdoors.  There is an organic vegetable garden where you can pick various seasonal vegetables. For fishing enthusiasts there is also a pond where you can enjoy some beautiful trout fishing. They supply the fishing rods!
For relaxing lunches and romantic dinners outdoors you will find an old restored barn with a large dining table and a breathtaking view. For a great start to your day, you can enjoy breakfast under the umbrella of the large terrace in front of the house.


Outdoor Kitchen:
This has a traditional wood oven and BBQ and kitchen area.
