Pretty farmhouse apartments that are part of an exclusive estate in the heart of Tuscany. The estate includes a tiny picturesque village, which is within easy reach of the farmhouse.

This fabulous country estate has a gem of a village as its central point, which retains its original character and charm. Wandering over the little stone bridge and up the lane into the heart of this picturesque village makes you feel that time has stopped. The large aristocratic villa dominates the skyline as you look back. It is a beautiful and imposing building that sits just above the pretty village. It is steeped in history and once belonged to the Duke of Aosta and his family and originally dates back as far as 1039. The village has a tiny piazza and a lovely church at its heart and the village houses span out from there. Today, the estate belongs to part of the “Salvatore Ferragamo” fashion family, who have painstakingly restored the Tuscan Estate and Spa, which covers an extensive 700 hectares.

This exclusive estate has many facilities including a driving range, horse riding,  soccer field, tennis court, mountain bikes, wellness spa and  a chic village restaurant.

It is a perfect base, for exploring the local countryside with many small villages and towns. The historic town of Arezzo is within easy reach (20 mins) and Florence is just 50 min drive away or a short train journey (30 mins) from the nearest station.

Prices include: Ferragamo bathroom toiletries, heating , linen and towels (changed weekly), final cleaning.

Not included: Maid €30 per hr, extra linen changes, phone, baby cot/extra bed up to 12 yrs - free, extra bed for 13 yrs and over - €100 per nt

Security Deposit: Credit card details will be held at reception and any extras are to be paid on departure.



These farmhouse apartments offer a pretty setting  for a relaxing family holiday. Guests can also recharge mind and soul in the purpose built spa located within easy reach. You can savour the many Tuscan specialties at the estate restaurant close by or why not taste some of the excellent wines produced from vineyards around the estate. The farmhouse is located approx. 2kms from reception and the estate village.

MAIN VILLA

Farmhouse 1 is located in the countryside. It is set in a large garden with a shared pool and has pretty countryisde views. The property is made up of two buildings. The main villa is on 2 floors and there is an adjacent cottage that sleeps 5 guests

All apartments have a living room, well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom. Large garden and shared pool.


COTTAGE

Converted barn - sleeps 5
A beautiful restored barn on 2 floors (110 sq mts). It has a large kitchen, hall, single bedroom, bathroom. Upstairs it has a large twin bedroom and a spacious double with large en suite bathroom.
There is a large shared garden and pool.


GARDEN

The property is set in a large garden with a shared pool. The farmhouse is in a quiet location and has pretty countryside views and vistas to the mountains that form a pretty backdrop to this country location. Reception is close to the medieval village and on hand to assist and provide any help / advise during your stay and the picturesque medieval village is a lovely setting for a walk and offers additional facilities such as the spa, spa café, winery and village restaurant.

SPA & WELLNESS CENTRE

The spa, where guests can relax and pamper themselves is in the medieval village. The spa is purpose built and is very bright and airy with picture windows. It includes a wellness suite, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, lounge area, fitness room, café and an outdoor lap pool in summer. Various treatments are also available including therapeutic massages. There are pretty views over the village.
There are many other facilities in and around the estate such as horse riding, archery, football pitch to mention just a few.


RESTAURANT

Savour the fine estate wines and excellent food at the village restaurant, just a short drive from the villa. The restaurant is divided into a gourmet restaurant with the kitchen on show through glass windows and a Tuscan Bistro. Each offers a different menu using fresh local produce.
