Casa Violetta is a pretty 3 bedroom cottage, located on the edge of a little hamlet, in the hills north of Lucca. The cottage has been restored using traditional materials and is a charming property for a small group . It is within easy reach of Lucca city centre (20 mins) and has a bar & grocer's at just 50 mts.

Casa Violetta is a perfect location for exploring Lucca and the Tuscan coast and Florence is an hour by train from Lucca.

Local Tourist Tax: €7.50 per person over 14 years, payable in cash on arrival

Security Deposit: €300 payable in cash on arrival and refunded on departure.

GROUND FLOOR:

There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with access to the patio with outdoor dining. Separated by an archway there is an elegant living room with a fireplace and satellite TV. Next to the living room there is a single bedroom with an extra pull out bed to accomodate an extra guest. Please note that if using the extra bed, space will be limited. This bedroom has a private entrance and access to the garden. There is also a bathroom with shower just beside the single bedroom. There is also a laundry room on this floor.

FIRST FLOOR:

There are 2 double bedrooms on the first floor. One has a romantic 4 poster bed  and the other has an antique double bed in country style.  There is a bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub. On this floor there is also access to a terrace, where you can enjoy  drinks or enjoy the sun. There is also access to the garden from here.

OUTDOORS

The garden is filled with beautiful olive trees. There is a private pool (9.5 x 4.5 mts), a pizza oven and a BBQ. The covered patio outside the house has a table and chairs that can accomodate up to 10 people and is the perfect place for "al fresco" meals.
